The home is a luxurious 5500 square foot, two-story beachfront luxury villa oriented toward the stunning views of the ocean and sunsets over Lanai. This one of a kind vacation rental has total privacy and all the comforts of a five star hotel.

This property offers guests direct sandy beach access, a tropical outdoor spa area, sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool (with optional heating). You will also discover a wet bar, shared tennis court, panoramic oceanviews, superb whale watching, central air conditioning & wireless high speed internet throughout the villa.

Elegantly designed, this villa features high-vaulted ceilings, contemporary designer furnishings, limestone, marble and hardwood flooring. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, featuring granite countertops, a bright tropical breakfast nook, and an open lanai with expansive ocean & beach cove views.

The home features 5 bedrooms; each bedroom has an en suite bath and a lanai. The upstairs master bedroom has a king sized bed, writing nook, and private deck; the attached bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate shower. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and the attached bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The lower floor bedroom has a king sized bed and a sauna. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the main floor and have queen sized beds. Each bedroom also has a flat screen tv.

GET/TAT #W30267840-01. All prices based on 7 night stay (14 nights during the Christmas/New Years period). If the booking will result in an unrentable gap in our calendar, nightly rate might increase. Guest pays a $890 one-time out-cleaning fee, booking fee, taxes, and a fully refundable $1000 damage deposit. Guest also pays a $84 per night “Administrative Fee” which is to reimburse us for our costs for accepting credit cards.Guest agrees to provide information for, sign, email and mail the Rental Agreement within 24 hours for booking the house. Booking the home acknowledges acceptance of Rental Agreement. Canceled bookings will not receive a refund.
